This year’s CHOICES Career & Education Expos are set for:
KINGSTON - Tuesday June 3 – Hilton Kingston – 9 a.m. – 5p.m..
MANDEVILLE - Thursday June 5 - Golf View Hotel – 10 a.m. – 4p.m.
We are inviting you to bring students, especially those in 8th grade and above as part of their career guidance programme.
Students MUST be properly supervised at all times at these events with other teachers being assigned to supervise the group if you will be attending a seminar and will not be able to supervise them.
GENERAL ENTRY COST TO THE EXPOS –
Students - $200 each in uniform or with ID
Adults - $300 each
We also invlte you and your students to take part in our two CHOICES EXPO SEMINARS. They are:
- “FINDING DIRECTION” – A Special Career Development Seminar for counsellors, principals, teachers and parents. This will take place on Tuesday June 3 as part of the Expo in Kingston only. The cost is $1400 per person and this includes seminar, lunch, one-day entry to the Expo on that day and materials. A registration form is below.
DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION – Friday May 9; DEADLINE FOR PAYMENTS – Friday May 16.
- “REACH FOR THE STARS” – A Seminar for Teenagers from age 15. This will take place on Thursday June 5 as part of the Expo in Mandeville only. The cost will be $550 per student and this includes seminar, a snack, entry to the Expo on that day and materials. A maximum of 2 students will be allowed from each school. A registration form is below.

We will have limited spaces this year in each of these seminars so we advise you to reserve your space early by sending the registration form below as soon as possible. Payment must be made by the deadline date in order to confirm your space.
These Expos promise two activity-packed, interesting and inspiring days for all guidance counsellors, principals, teachers, students and parents who attend in the relaxing atmosphere of these two world-class hotels, where relaxation can be extended to pool and restaurant areas. Snack counters will also be set up in both locations with affordable snacks.
